Speaking at the 3rd StrategEast State and IT Eurasian Forum in Bishkek on November 9, Arkadiy Dobkin, President of EPAM Systems announced plans to expand EPAM System’s operations to Kyrgyzstan.

Mr. Dobkin explained: “When I was invited to the first StrategEast State and IT Eurasian Forum in Kyiv, we had around 8,000 engineers in Ukraine, now there are over 12,000 people there. Last year, during the 2nd StrategEast State and IT Eurasian Forum in Tbilisi I was announcing opening office in Georgia. By the end of this year, we will have 500 employees in the country. Now, following the tradition, I would like to share with you that we decided to open operation in Kyrgyzstan as well.”
